Casper's story started with heartbreak. She was found wandering all alone just before the Fourth of July fireworks. One of The Rescued Pack's volunteers picked her up. The Rescued Pack called The Savior Foundation to help with medical expenses. We jumped at the opportunity to help this puppy. Casper is the sweetest puppy you could ask for. She loves people, is full of happy puppy wiggles, and is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter.
